Once you have a plan for providing motor management services, test it out with a few customers and see how it works. It's important to know in advance how you will define "success" and assess outcomes at predetermined time intervals. Several tips for pilot programs are listed below.

Following implementation and assessment, you may need to revise the approach as appropriate and run the pilot again. You may be prepared to launch the plan on a broader scale. You may even want to return to the process again and try to implement another aspect of motor management.
