by an MDM campaign sponsor. The program administrators talk about how
the program works and how to get connected to it in their service
territory. Who should call in? Sales
and service representatives in the service territory, utility customers
in the service territory, and any interested program administrators
around the nation. Why call in? Sales and service reps
and customers learn about an incentive program in their region and whom
to contact for more information; program administrators learn about how
another program works in the field. When are they? Four times a year on the second Wednesday of the month at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, unless otherwise noted.
